Start With Step One
Send the machine, condition, address and photos.
From First Photo to Payment
Send the details
Call, text or use the form. Tell us the machine type, make and model, condition and pickup address, and attach a few photos.
Get a firm price
We review the details and give you a clear number. We also go over anything that needs to happen before pickup, such as battery or propane prep and the paperwork.
Book the pickup
We agree a time that suits your site. We are open every day from 7 am to 11:30 pm.
We load it out
Our crew arrives with the right truck and gear, checks the serial plate and the condition, then loads the equipment.
You get paid
Cash or Interac transfer, paid before the equipment leaves your site.
The Photos That Get You a Faster Number
The whole machine
One clear photo from a few steps back.
The serial plate
Tells us the exact make, model and year.
The hour meter
Hours help set the value, if the machine has a meter.
The route out
Door, dock, ramp or gate, so we plan the loading.
Anything broken
Missing parts, leaks or damage, so the price holds at pickup.
Where it sits
Indoors, outdoors, on gravel or behind racking.
Our Firm Price Promise
The number we give you is the number we pay, as long as the machine matches the photos and details you sent. Before loading, our crew checks the serial plate and the condition. If something major is different and we were not told about it, we explain it and give you a new number before anything is loaded. You can say no and we leave.
Questions About the Process
How long does it take to get a price?
Once we have the photos and details, we usually reply with a firm number quickly. Missing details slow things down, so send the serial plate and condition up front.
Do I have to be there at pickup?
Someone who can show the crew the equipment and sign for it needs to be on site.
What happens if the machine is different from the photos?
We explain what is different and give you a new number before loading. You are free to say no.
How do I get paid?
By cash or Interac transfer, before the equipment leaves your site.
Do you handle battery and propane prep?
We go over battery and propane prep with you on the call before pickup.
What paperwork do I need?
Clear ownership of the equipment. We go over the details with you on the call.

Ready to Start?
We are based in Queensborough, New Westminster, and work inside about 15 km of our office. Send photos of your equipment and we reply with a firm number.
